Dr. Margret Holland’s journey into naturopathic medicine and homeopathy began with her own health experience, where she witnessed first hand the deep connection between mind, body and spirit as a connected system essential in healing. It became her mission to help others understand this connection and the deeper patterns behind their health, so they too could move forward with greater trust and confidence in their bodies.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnosis, Dr. Holland takes the time to understand your whole story—your health history, life experiences, family patterns and the factors that may be influencing your health today. Combining homeopathy with naturopathic medicine, Dr. Holland partners with patients to create personalized care plans that support the body’s natural healing processes.
Dr. Holland is board certified, licensed Naturopathic Doctor (N.D.), has completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) from Dalhousie University and is a registrant of the Nova Scotia Chiropractic and Naturopathic Regulator.
Trained in both clinical and classical homeopathic techniques, Dr. Holland has completed extensive continuing education in homeopathy techniques, including certification in CEASE Therapy. She has completed Healing the Next Generation training and mentorship with Anke Zimmermann, BSc, FCAH, a homeopathic consultant and educator specializing in supporting families affected by neurological, neurodevelopmental, immunological and behavioural challenges.
Dr. Holland is board certified acupuncturist with advanced training in specialized acupuncture techniques and the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
During her career, Dr. Holland has worked as a clinic supervisor at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine where she supervised 3rd and 4th year naturopathic doctor interns in patient care. She as been in clinical practice for over 20 years.
